Ordering:
Simply call our central switchboard who will put you through to the relevant department. You can place your order by phone, fax or e-mail (see contact information). To select materials you may not be familiar with we recommend that you visit the appropriate Fairalls depot (see map) where our expert sales staff will be pleased to help you.
Delivery:
Delivery area is approx. 10 - 15 mile radius of Godstone, Surrey. If you require delivery outside this area please contact our transport department who will be pleased to advise you of any additional costs. We reserve the right to decline delivery on the grounds of cost effectiveness and / or availability of stock.
Fuel Surcharge - Due to spiralling fuel costs, the following surcharges will apply:
Account Customers: £5.00 + VAT Per Order
Non-Account Customers: £15.00 + VAT on Orders Under £150 (before VAT) or £5.00 + VAT on Orders Over £150 (before VAT).
We reserve the right to review these surcharges periodically, please check before placing an order.
Payment:
In addition to accepting credit cards, cheques or cash we can offer a monthly account facility. Please contact our Accounts Department for an application form. We accept credit card payment over the phone for deliveries.
